I really enjoyed being there, the place is fancy and exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was cleanwith modern interior and nestled in a lovely building. The staff was best, EXCELLENT with every request. The location of the venue was favourable - relatively close to Cunninghame Arm Footbridge.

The hotel had a very central location and it was near Lakes Entrance Marina. Furthermore, on the main road looking on the inlet from the ocean.

Actually everything was first-class, my next choice again in Lakes Entrance. It was fairly clean place, staff were perfectly fine and really good, and I appreciated my light filled room.

The room was recently renovated, stocked and had a lounge and a kitchenette area. Perfect and magnificent location for visiting restaurants and cafés close to the hotel.

Fancy hotel with excellent service in magnificent location not far from great resturants, restaurants and shops, and centre. Huge and neat room, exceptionally comfortable bed, free parking. Awesome breakfast and lovely views of the lake.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the North Arm a value, the waterfront and shopping center, restaurants, RSL and jetty. We had goodies and coffee at Esplanade Cafe, it was located close to the venue. The room was newly renovated & good sized together with the balcony and a nice view, for example. The breakfast was awesome!

Stayed over the weekend and had an amazing view from the front rooms. Loved being so close to the waterfront and the fishing boats. The location was superb and really made the trip worthwhile.

The room we stayed in was not up to standard. Bedding was uncomfortable and the linen was stiff and noisy.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of town and within walking distance to everything. The room amenities were fantastic, including a comfortable bed, ironing facilities, and tea/coffee facilities. The staff were very accommodating and even gave me a room with a view. I also loved the on-site restaurant and lounge area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed, making it convenient for cooking. This place is a great starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Free parking is available for guests.

Hotel charged the room by credit card (incl. 3% surcharge) without prior asking me. As the surcharge on credit cards is not mentioned on booking site, I'm quite irritated about this practice.

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on returning; the parking on site was convenient and the Reeve Landing jetty was only a short 5-minute drive away.

Easy to find and well situated.

We stayed in Apartment 1 and it is suggested that this room is avoided at all costs. The shower was covered in mould and the paintwork throughout the apartment was not just tired but chipped and dirty. The walls were scratched and in one place the paint had flaked off in an area of about half a square metre. This may be representative of other rooms I. The apartment block. We arrived fairly late and were too tired to take issue but mentioned the problems when checking out. The receptionist did not seem surprised. If the establishment wish to take issue I will gladly send them copies of the photographs I have taken of the faults. They may like to refund me the cost, but I doubt that this is going to happen. Clearly not worth the money.
